think the modern music industry is funny. i imagine that many of my favorite artists weren't 'tech savvy.' Can you imagine Tom Waits trying to figure out how to best 'promote' himself? Probably a lot of great artists out there who don't use a computer- my next song i write will be for them. a lot of great music came out of irresponsibility. I think a lot of that great abstractness gets lost with efficiency.
