I've been making myself go to bed ontime for the first time in years.

So I heard about this guy Dan Mcdonald:

He has this video on his youtube page about the importance of sleep, and particularly making yourself go to bed at 10 p.m. to get that circadian slice of pie at about 1030- midnight where we recharge the most. I've been finding myself awake at 2, wanting to bounce up but knowing if I get up I'm not going back to sleep. Today by 6 I was bouncing off the walls. Getting up early has never been easy for me. But I'm on a mission!!
